What we collect
Account information you provide directly (name, work email, company name), and — once you connect Salesforce — the funnel data JourneyVision reads read-only from your org (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns). See the Security page for the full detail.
How we use it
To operate the product — reconstructing your funnel, answering your questions through the AI analyst, and sending you account-related email. We don't sell your data or your Salesforce data to third parties.
Where it's stored
On US-based cloud infrastructure (US East), encrypted in transit and at rest, with each tenant's data isolated and encrypted under its own key.
Your control
You can revoke JourneyVision's Salesforce access at any time, directly from Salesforce. Contact us to request deletion of your account data.
