JourneyVision

Built for how security teams actually evaluate vendors.

JourneyVision reads your CRM to analyze your funnel — nothing more. Here's exactly how your data is accessed, stored, and protected.

Read-only, full stop

JourneyVision connects to Salesforce with read-only access and never writes to your CRM — not now, not ever. There is no feature, toggle, or upsell that changes this. We read the objects we need to reconstruct your funnel, and that's the entire relationship with your Salesforce.

Your data, encrypted with your own key

Every tenant's data is isolated and encrypted with its own dedicated key. One customer's data is never commingled with another's, and keys are managed so that access is scoped, logged, and revocable.

Least-privilege access

We request the minimum Salesforce scope required to do the job — no more. Access is auditable on both sides, and you can revoke JourneyVision's connection from Salesforce at any time.

Where your data lives

JourneyVision runs on modern, reputable US-based cloud infrastructure (US East). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Where we are today

We're an early-stage product, and we'd rather be straight with you than vague: JourneyVision is not SOC 2 certified yet — it's on our roadmap as we grow. What we can do right now is walk your security team through exactly how JourneyVision accesses, stores, and protects your data, and answer anything in detail. If a formal review is a gate for you, tell us what you need and we'll work with you.

Questions security teams ask

Does JourneyVision ever write back to my CRM? +

No. JourneyVision's Salesforce connection is read-only — full stop. There's no feature, toggle, or future upsell that changes this.

What Salesforce data does JourneyVision access? +

Only what it needs to reconstruct your funnel: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Campaigns. Access is scoped to the least privilege required to do that job.

Is my data isolated from other customers? +

Yes. Every tenant's data is encrypted with its own dedicated key, and one customer's data is never commingled with another's.

Where is my data hosted? +

On US-based cloud infrastructure (US East), encrypted in transit and at rest.

Is JourneyVision SOC 2 certified? +

Not yet — it's on our roadmap as we grow. In the meantime, we'll walk your security team through exactly how JourneyVision accesses, stores, and protects your data.

Can I revoke access? +

Anytime, directly from Salesforce — no need to go through us. Once revoked, JourneyVision's connection stops immediately.
